Mrs. Lana Abu Hijleh
Chairman
Mrs. Abu Hiljleh is a Palestinian expert in the local and international development sectors. She worked as Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Palestine for many years. Mrs. Hijleh has been the Director of Global Communities Organization in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, since 2004. Mrs. Abu Hijleh is also a member of the board of directors of many organizations and economic institutions in Palestine.
Mr. Mazen Sinokrot
Board Member
Mr. Sinokrot is a former Minister of the National Economy in Palestine. He is the Chairman of Sinokrot International Group, founder of the Palestine Trade Center (PALTRADE), and a member of the Audit and Investment Committees of the Palestine Investment Fund (PIF). Mr. Sinokrot has Bachelor degree in Production Management and Industrial Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
Azem Bishara
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bishara is CEO of Massader. Prior to his tenure as CEO, he served as Massader’s Legal Advisor, where he devised and facilitated exploration, production sharing, turn key, and purchase agreements for a number of energy-related projects in Palestine. Previously, he directed the Legal and Policy Department at the Palestinian Negotiations Support Unit, which provides the Palestinian negotiations team with legal and technical advice related to political and economic issues. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University College of London.
Dr. Atef Alawneh

Dr. Alawneh holds a PhD in Public Finance and Banking from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, West Germany, in 1983, and a master's degree in both Economics and Political Science from the same university."
Eng. Amal Al-Masri

Amal Al-Masri is a proficient senior architect, director, and co-founder of Al-Moghrabi Engineering Consulting Firm, with over 35 years of experience in the field. She graduated from the University of Jordan in 1986 and embarked on a distinguished career marked by a commitment to design and project management excellence. As a co-founder of Al-Moghrabi Engineering Consulting Firm since its establishment in 1987, Mrs. Amal has played a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape of Ramallah and its surrounding areas. Her portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including villas, condominiums, offices, and public buildings, reflecting her versatility and expertise. Mrs. Amal has led several notable projects, including developing several villa compounds comprising more than 50 villas in Jericho Gate, which has been ongoing since 2021. In addition, she accomplished the design and supervision of the sixth district in Rawabi City in 2018. Moreover, Mrs. Amal also contributed significantly to educational infrastructure, having supervised the construction of Al-Zaytoonah University in Salfit from 2016 to 2019. Mrs. Amal's professional journey extends beyond her architectural achievements. She is actively involved in various professional affiliations and civic engagements, showcasing her commitment to the industry and community. As one of the founders of the Business Women Forum, she currently serves as the chairwoman of the board of directors, a role she also held from 2010 to 2013. Her leadership extends to her involvement in municipal councils, technical advisory committees, and syndicates, where she provides valuable insights and expertise. She is a member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Municipality of Ramallah and was a member of the founding Municipal Council in the city of Rawabi. In addition, Amal serves as a Board Member of Arkaan Real Estate Company, contributing her strategic vision and industry knowledge to the organization's growth and success. Mrs. Amal Al-Masri's remarkable journey in architecture and her unwavering commitment to empowering women and advancing community development showcase her as a pioneer in her field, leaving a lasting impact on the architectural landscape and beyond.
Eng. Shireen Shelleh

Shireen is CEO of the Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP), A leading Palestinian engineering firm that’s based in Ramallah, Palestine. Under Shireen’s leadership, CEP has grown to have operations in Canada, UAE, Iraq, Libya, and Jordan. Shireen leads technical teams of national and international experts in spatial, strategic planning, and infrastructure development for urban and rural communities. Shireen is also co-founder and board chairwoman of Shelleh Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies. And although company recently established in 2017 that’s also based in Palestine, yet has already become the sole regional supplier of world renowned health products and medical supplies. Shireen has been appointed on 2022 by Singapore Government as their honorary head of Singapore representative office in Palestine. Shireen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. Shireen has been selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader of the Year 2016 (YGL). She is a board member of the Palestinian Business Women Forum (BWF), and a member of several other social and technical organizations.
